My husband and I recently had a chance to work with Mark from 72 and Sunny Travel. This was our 1st time using a travel agent and he completely understood everything that my husband and I wanted to accomplish on our short trip. He even handled the changes we made throughout our planning phase with complete professionalism. He set up our flights, our car rental, our hotels, and our visitor package tickets, plus parking. Throughout our trip, he kept us updated on our flights, when there were delays, and even when the flight was coming in earlier than expected. He let us know our gates and where to pick up our baggage when the flight app still had no information to give us.
Mark went above and beyond at every turn of our vacation even helping us fight the situation that arose with enterprise filing complaints on our behalf and helping with organizing Uber. We will never Not use Mark again when traveling. Five Stars!!

I’m apologizing for the poor review and also here to say that Mark was incredibly professional about it and didn’t hold it against us. He was extremely helpful throughout our trip.
