What Is Your Name?
Which Airport would you like to fly out of?
If you are flying out of Raleigh-Durham, where would you like the bus to pick you up?
Pick up locations are to be determined and will be communicated to all participants once decided.
If you are flying out of Charlotte, where would you like the bus to pick you up?
Pick up locations are to be determined and will be communicated to all participants once decided.
Does Everyone Traveling Have Passports Which Will Be Valid For At Least 6 Months Past Your Return Date?
It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you have a passport book to travel on your cruise in case you have to fly home from a different country due to unforeseen circumstances. Otherwise, you CAN use a passport card OR your state issued ID AND certified birth certificate to cruise on many voyages that begin and end in the United States.
How many beds would you like in the hotel room?
What type of Stateroom(s) would you like?
Will you need an accessible stateroom? If so, which type of stateroom would you like?
What type of bed configuration would you like in your stateroom?
Which dinner dining time for the main dining room option would you like on the cruise?
Would you like to explore shore excursion (activity) options in the port cities on the cruise?
If you choose to explore the options for shore excursions in the different port cities, Wall of Wonders Travel will send you a link so that you can look at them yourself and book them at your leisure. We can also provide guidance and suggestions about what we would recommend based on your interests as well. All of the shore excursions which have a Back to Ship Guarantee are the ones which you should look at and choose from. If you are looking for something to be custom tailored for your family, we can also work on that with our different suppliers!
For this trip, the purchase of travel insurance will be REQUIRED for your ENTIRE party. Do you accept and agree to these terms?
The reason why the purchase of travel insurance is mandatory for this trip is because most U.S. medical insurances DO NOT cover cruise or international medical care, should that become necessary. These travel insurance policies WILL cover this care with a $0 deductable, and there are several different plans which you can choose from. Additionally, many of these policies also have Cancel for Any Reason provisions should something come up and you need to cancel your cruise outside of the refund period, baggage loss, damage, trip delay or interruption, etc. Once you have submitted your cruise information form, Wall of Wonders Travel will provide you with a direct link to our insurance provider so that you can immediately purchase the policy based on the cost of the cruise. Once you find out your cost of the bus trips, flights, pre-cruise hotel night, and any excursions in port which you may wish to go on, 72 and Sunny Travel will assist you in updating your total trip cost with the insurance provider and you will need to pay the additional premium so that you are fully covered for the trip.
We are able to work with medical supply providers to get anything you may need on the cruise, such as wheelchairs, scooters, hospital beds, oxygen (would need a current prescription from your physician), beach wheelchairs for port days, etc.
Will you, or someone in your party, be traveling in a wheelchair (Power or Manual)?
Would you like to use the services of Autism on the Seas on the cruise?
Autism on the Seas is a seperate program from the cruise itself, and has an additional cost associated with it. The cost for the services which they provide for this cruise is $TBD per person/per cabin for the entire cruise. For example, if there are 4 people in the cabin, then the cost for the program would come to $TBD for the cruise.
Flight Booking Service Fees
These service fees are required by the airlines when we are making group air bookings such as this so that we can reserve as much space as possible on the same flights for the participants on this cruise so that everyone arrives in TBD at approximately the same time so that we can try and get the group to TBD and to the hotel.
